Our mail order service is flexible
and efficient. We don’t confine the things that
we will send to the small and easily packed items, we
will send virtually anything we sell but, obviously, some
are more economical to send than others. We do not have
a fixed carriage charge to cover everything since our
stock ranges in weight and size from tiny watercolours
to bags of plaster. We charge carriage at cost so that
mail order customers can benefit from the same low prices
that our shop customers pay.

Paper is fragile, bulky and heavy and
inevitably the carriage costs are higher than those for paints
and brushes.
We normally use a 2-3 day carrier service which costs £12.85
(UK mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands and islands)
for the first 10Kg, e.g. 20 sheets 300g Waterford packaged.
Increments for extra weight are small so it is better value
to send larger orders. We are happy to quote on carriage before
you confirm your order.
Next day delivery can be arranged.
* International customers please note that there are restrictions
on what we can ship and to where and bear in mind that sometimes
the shipping may be expensive in relation to the cost of art
materials. To offer accurate shipping costs we will need to
know what you wish to order and the speed of delivery that you
need. |

We have found that most of our mail order
customers prefer to place their order by phone so that they
can get any help or further information that they need. Call
during our opening hours and we will take your order personally.
When we are closed you can leave an order on our answerphone
or a request for us to contact you to discuss an order. Any
fax orders will be dealt with as soon as we reopen. Most orders
