These paints are all designed with a specific task in mind. They are modified to make them ideal for the stated purpose and, although you can use them for other purposes, they should not be expected to have the same permanence as artists’ paints

PAINTS, DYES AND PRINTING INKS
FOR FABRIC

	SETACOLOR

An opaque, liquid, waterbased paint for painting, stencilling and printing techniques. Its opacity makes it suitable for both light and dark fabrics and it is ideal for t-shirts. There are 30 colours. The 20 regular colours are strong and vivid whilst the 10 "shimmer" colours sparkle as the fabric is moved. They are fixed by ironing after which they are machine washable at 40 degrees. All colours are available in 45ml bottles.

	SETASKRIB FABRIC MARKERS

Easy to apply fabric colour in pen form great for detailed work or text. Washable after 24 hours or immediately if iron fixed. 12 regular colours and 6 fluorescent.

	TOUCH TEXTILE

Squeezable colour for applying to fabrics (or wood, metal, plaster, leather …) for an instant decorative "liquid embroidery" effect. Available in regular colours, metallics and glitter colours also "Touch Volume" which expands on ironing. All are washable at 40 degrees after ironing on a cotton temperature

	DYLON DYES

We stock Dylon Cold Water Dyes which are used extensively for tie dye, batik etc and Dylon Machine dye which is used for dyeing larger garments

	PERMASET AQUA FABRIC MAGIC SCREEN PRINT INK

This very superior screen printing ink for fabrics is water based, low odour, solvent free and pigment based. This makes it simple to use - needing no chemicals for cleaning and no special place to do it. The colours are lightfast and the covering power is excellent without any hard build up of paint - the softness of the fabric is hardly affected. All the colours are suitable for light coloured fabrics but in addition we have 14 colours of Permaset Supercover which are specifically for dark and black fabrics. This enables you to print directly on to a black t-shirt and achieve full colour with just one coat. They are suitable for cotton, polyester, silk and most synthetic fabrics.

	DALER ROWNEY SCREENPRINTING KIT

Everything you need to start silk screen is in this box and very economically too. This kit contains a 41x55cm wooden frame with mesh, a squeegee, 5 tubes of System 3 acrylic, a pot each of screen print medium and fabric paint medium - either of which mixes with the acrylic to make a suitable printing ink, some screen block, screen drawing fluid, full instructions and even a useful and very fetching pinny.
It's a good size for t-shirts, pillow cases, shopping bags… and once you've used up the paints they've supplied you can buy more System 3 at our discount prices.

	SCREEN PRINTING FRAMES

Made by Speedball these wooden screens are complete with stretched fabric. Currently available in 12"x16" and 16"x20"
Our squeegees are designed for screen printing on fabric. They have wooden handles and a rounded edge which pushes more ink through the screen and reduces binding when printing on fabric. 10" and 14".

	MARABU TEXTIL DESIGN COLOURSPRAY

In spite of the fact that this is not as washable as other products we stock (this paint can only be washed in cool water up to a maximum 30 degrees) these spray paints for fabrics are quick and easy to use and are ideal for stencilling. They are available in 15 colours.

OTHER CRAFT PAINTS

	“MONTANA GOLD” SPRAY PAINTS

Montana Gold is the spray paint of choice for artists using canvas or walls to paint on and are widely used for painting on practically everything these days.

Montana Spray Paints are acrylic based paints in a wide colour range. Unlike sprays of old, these cans have interchangeable nozzles so you can control the spray – the result being a useful and flexible artists’ tool.

We have a range of 98 colours including the vibrant “shock colours” and fluorescents. They are fast drying, drip free and weatherproof and they are suitable for painting inside or out and on most surfaces.

Extra nozzles can be bought separately and are available in ultra thin (8.12mm average paint width), thin (15-40mm), medium (40-180mm), fat (10-13cm) and extra fat (18-20cm). (these are approximate, the first 3 assuming a spraying distance of 1.5-5cm and the 2 thick ones assuming 15-25cm

Montana Gold is lead-free and cfc free

	DO-IT COLOURSPRAYS

A comprehensive range of aerosol spraypaints for use on most surfaces. Colours include glittery, metallic, pearl and fluorescent.
Tin size 150ml.

	PEBEO PORCELAINE 150

Superior professional enamels for decorating china.
Available in 18 colours in 45ml bottles for painting on to china. If it is purely decorative just leave to dry but to achieve a dishwaher resistant finish bake in a domestic oven and it gives a superb enamelled finish. Porcelaine 150 also comes in pens in 9 colours for total ease of application.

	HUMBROL ENAMELS

Tiny pots of solvent based enamels popularly used for model aeroplanes but useful for other things too. We stock a limited range of colours and do not recommend them for use by children.

	DECORFIN GLASS PAINTS

A brilliant, crystal clear, white spirit based paint for decorating smooth surfaces such as glass, perspex and tiles. It flows well, does not leave brushmarks and dries to a high gloss. The painted object is not, strictly speaking, washable but can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Used with DECORFIN RELIEF PAINT which is applied from a nozzled tube you can make a stained glass window effect.

	OTHERS
