These top quality brushes are made from Jyukeis hog –
the highest grade of Chinese bristle which is extremely firm
and highly responsive to oil paint. Available in round, filbert
and long and short flats they will maintain their good shape
even after many hours of continuous use and cleaning. They have
seamless nickelled brass ferrules and long green polished handles.

These very handsome brushes with long red handles and black
ends come in 3 shapes; long flat, round and long filbert. They
are very good brushes aimed mainly at the oil painter but also
suitable for acrylics. The flat variety goes up to size 20 which
is just over an inch wide.

This is an economical alternative to Series “A”.
It has a shorter handle and there is a choice of flat, round
or filbert shapes. It is reasonable quality and ideal for children
because of its shorter handle and realistic price.

In flat or round these brushes are made in China from cut hair.
They are no-frills brushes which, nonetheless have a useful
place in an art shop. If you intend to throw your brush away
after use, you are providing brushes for an acrylic class where
there is doubt that the brushes will be washed properly or you
are on a tight budget these are for you. |

window sashes. The fullness of the bristle tapering to a point
also makes it a compelling oil painters brush especially good
for large paintings. Series 203 is a beautiful brush with a

and rises to number 8 which is a whopper. |

for a chunky brush. It is “flat” but the generous

The shape of series 7055 is that of a varnish brush, wide and
flat but add to that a long handle and we have a useful oil
and acrylic painters brush with extra sturdy Chinese Chungking
