Paintworks has got it! Situated
at the pulsating heart of the vibrant Hoxton district
of London’s East End we are surrounded by art and
artists. White Cube, Flowers Gallery and The Geffrye Museum
are all within five minutes walk as is Hoxton Square and
Columbia Road. In the evening Kingsland Road remains busy
as the many bars open and people come to choose between
the Vietnamese restaurants.
We’re on the fringes of the City – but comfortably
outside the congestion charging zone. We have a customer
car park behind the shop (access via Falkirk St.) and
a couple of bike racks at the front. An excellent selection
of buses serve Shoreditch with many stopping just a few
yards down Kingsland Road. One day the East London Line
will stop over the road (but don’t hold your breath)
in the meantime you can take the Northern Line at Old
Street – ten minutes walk away . |
